1.Production processes (two routes)
(1)Natural mineral purification method
Uses quartzite, quartz sand, diatomite as raw materials; removes Fe/Al impurities via crushing, grinding and flotation. SiO₂ purity ≥98.5%, cost-effective, suitable for construction materials, coatings and other general applications.
(2)Chemical synthesis method
Uses silanes and silicates as raw materials; produced by fumed/precipitation process with AI temperature control and vacuum reaction. Purity up to 99.9%+, particle size controllable from nano to micron. Ideal for electronics, semiconductors, high-end cosmetics; accounts for over 60% of the high-end market。
